These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FiNext CRM ("the Application"), a web-based customer relationship management service provided by LogiQbits Limited. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may use FiNext CRM only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Client and customer data uploaded to FiNext CRM remains the property of the account owner. LogiQbits Limited processes this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

All software, designs, trademarks, and other materials provided through FiNext CRM are the exclusive property of LogiQbits Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.

FiNext CRM is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. LogiQbits Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
